I’ve been having a little trouble keeping up on this read-along because my ipod has started skipping at one spot in the audio. I’ve re-downloaded the audio and not fixed it, so if anyone has any ideas, it would be much appreciated! In the mean time, I’m just listening on my computer. Continue reading

I’m a bit late posting my question answers this week since I was out of town all weekend (at ALA! but more on that later). I am still very excited about The Monuments Men though. In fact, I’m recommending it to people already, even though I’m not done reading it! I can just tell that it’s going to be good and expect the movie to be very funny. If you’re reading along, be sure to link up your answers at Bookalicious Mama. Continue reading

I’m a bit behind getting this week’s questions answered due to much extra business at school, but I’m still having tons of fun with the read-along. I can’t wait to listen to more on my drive to ALA! This week’s host was Micheline at Lunar Rainbows. As usual for read-alongs, this post contains spoilers. Continue reading
Today is not only a non-fiction Friday, but also the first Futuristic Friday, a quarterly event I’m excited to start hosting with Tamara at Traveling With T!Each time we’ll be sharing some of the books we’re most looking forward to in the next three months. We both like some of the same books (mostly stuff considered women’s fiction), but have our own unique tastes too, so I’m excited to see what she recommends. This quarter’s post is over at her blog, so you should check out our recommendations there. Happy Friday everyone!
