Non-Fiction Friday is a link-up where you can find all of the awesome non-fiction happenings of the week. Be sure to link-up your non-fiction posts too!
- I have another great link to share with you from Sophie at Paper Breathers again this week, a post about YA adaptations of adult non-fiction. Who knew?
- Great post on Bookriot about how reading non-fiction about tough topics can feel more frightening than fiction
- Interesting article highlighting the amount of non-fiction Stephen King has written. If you’re interested in King’s writing, you might also check out the King’s March event going on over at Fourth Street Review and Wensend
- Exciting books coming out this week include
- Her Honor: Rosalie Wahl and the Minnesota Women’s Movement
- The Heart of Everything That Is: The Untold Story of Red Cloud, an American Legend (audio release)
- Positive: One Doctor’s Personal Encounters with Death, Life, and the US Healthcare System
- The Story of the Jews: Finding the Words, 1000 BC-1492 AD
- Hacking Happiness: Why Your Personal Data Counts and How Tracking it Can Change the World

I completely agree that reading non-fiction about tough topics can feel more frightening than fiction — at least with fiction you can keep reminding yourself it’s made up!
