Some great pics there, but you all have missed a great onee coming out June 5th.
Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate is one of the best books (possibly THE best) I have ever read. I predict it will go on to become a classic.
Lisa Wingate has a way of teaching us history….history that has been shoved under the rug bu the powers that be. She incorporates dictional characters that are so dimensional you.will feel you are right there in the moment with them.
It is such a heartbreakingly poignant piece of fiction….it truly runs the gambit of emotions….seceral times.

We’ve got some books in common for May and June! Also, I’ll be curious to see what you thought of Music of the Ghosts. Have you read it yet?

I’m looking forward to: Salt Houses, Chemistry, A King’s Obsession (I’m a Tudor freak), Rich People Problems, Heirs and The Necklace. Really hoping there will be some great ones in the mix- this year has been pretty weak so far.

Awesome! I haven’t read Music of the Ghosts yet or any of my other picks, actually. Feeling a bit behind this quarter! Hopefully the read-a-thon will help me get caught up. And I hope you find your next great read in your list 🙂

Great picks as usual! I really want to read some of those Time Traveler’s Guide books.

I’m looking forward to the next installment in Megan Whalen Turner’s Queen’s Thief series, Thick as Thieves. It’s been a looooong wait!

I’ve read the Elizabethan England one and it was great, so I’d highly recommend them. I’ve not heard of the Turner’s Queen’s Thief series, but I’ll have to check it out. I’m excited for you that you have a sequel to look forward too 🙂
