The Mona Lisa book sounds especially interesting! Thanks for reminding me of that one.

I actually just finished reading a copy from Netgalley and I enjoyed it a lot. It wasn’t the best organized nonfiction I’ve ever read, but it the author did an incredible job bringing the time period to life. There were lots of fascinating anecdotes and interesting bits of information about daily life. Four of five stars.
