Hopefully I’ll do better about that next month :) I enjoy read-a-longs, but I sometimes have trouble reading during them too, although in my case it’s usually because I get distracted by all the activities! They’re pretty enjoyable just as social events too though, so I don’t mind that much.

I’ll be hosting the LGBT Month together with Laura (@ Laura Plus Books) and we’re planning many fun things. Oh, it’s not going to be very “hardcore”, you don’t have to spend to whole month reading LGBT (if you don’t want to ~.~), the minimum participation requirement is to post one LGBT related post :) And there will be a read-along (for a YA LGBT book), so that might help you with your reading challenge.

I also love read-a-thons/read-alongs, so I’m bookmarking this post. :)

I want to do a read-a-long, but anytime I try, I never keep up. It’s like the pressure of reading along makes me not read. Very weird, I know. So I don’t officially sign up for those, but jump in if I happen to keep up.
